Patterns sold as PDFs will either be downloaded after the purchase or emailed to you within 24 hours, No Shipping fees apply.

$0.01 - 25.00 = $7.99
$25.01 - 50.00 = $8.99
$50.01 - 75.00 = $9.99
$75.01 - 100.00 = $10.99
$100.01-$199.99+ = $11.99
$200+ = $12.99

Shipping is USPS First Class, Priority or Parcel Post, or on occasion UPS.

NOTE: Some items, such as Cascade Yarns have separate shipping charges that are explained in the listing.

NOTE: Depending on the package weight additional shipping may be charged for orders shipped to Canada.  The only shipping option that includes Tracking for Canada is Express, all other options cannot be tracked once the package leaves the United States.  Sandrasingh.com is not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

Shipping Rates: International
International shipping carrier is the United States Postal Service (USPS).  You will be given shipping options during checkout, Express, Priority or First Class.  International customers please include your Phone Number, it is required for Customs Forms.

NOTE: The only shipping option that includes Tracking Internationally is Express, all other options cannot be tracked once the package leaves the United States.  Sandrasingh.com is not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

Shipping:
Orders are shipped within 24-48 hours for all in stock merchandise.  If your item(s) is not in stock you will be emailed with the approximate delivery time.  Some items may be shipped to you directly from the manufacturer.

Returns:
Sandrasingh.com wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.  If you need to make a return please email Sandrasingh@sandrasingh.com and you'll be provided with return shipping instructions and address. 

Books, magazines, paper patterns, PDF patterns, needles, crochet hooks and notions and yarn that has been wound into a ball or that has been special ordered cannot be returned. 

Yarn may be returned for the original purchase price within 30 days of purchase and source of payment will be refunded.  Shipping is not refunded.  In the event your ordered qualified for Free Shipping actual shipping will be deducted from your credit.

Yarn must be sealed in original packaging, unopened and in unused condition.  You must have the original, intact ball band, yarn that has been wound into a ball or near cigarette smoke or pet hair may not be returned. 

Sandrasingh.com does not pay for return shipping and suggests you add insurance and tracking to the return shipment, we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

Yarn colors may vary depending on computer monitor settings.  In order to reduce the likelihood of a return please contact me for a sample or Color Card of any yarn.
