Waves crash. Gulls call. Sandpipers dodge in and out of the
water’s edge leaving behind evidence of their probings. Use 1, 2, or 3
colors to knit Laura Aylor's lightweight Sandpiper shawl
inspired by the shore.
Construction begins at the top right corner and the shawl
grows diagonally, making the finished shawl slightly asymmetrical. Short rows
shape the border scallops and a picot bind-off adds the finishing touch. This pattern includes two PDFs the pattern instructions and specific swatching instructions, download them both from this website after purchase.
