Jane Thornley's Bohemian Sundance is a
celebration of Mexican markets, blooming gardens, and a summer fiesta. It's
colors are the opposite of subtle. No complex stitches, no gentle blending of
hues, and the biggest needles you can find make it easy to make and relaxed to
wear. It's summer so Jane is taking easy seriously.
This easily customized design is shaped as one large rectangle knit in seed, simple netting,
and drop stitches on US 11/ 9mm or larger needles, the glorious open drape of the wrap
means it will go where you put it: over the shoulder in an ample shawl with
collar, across the body serape-style or even tossed about the neck like a super
scarf. Silk, cotton, rayon or combination yarns contribute to the sumptuous drape.
