Sivia Harding's Niome shawl is a lovely half-wheel crescent-shaped shawl consists of a garter stitch top section interspersed with eight columns of beaded lace, and a bottom section that is a beautifully ornate knitted-on edging with lace patterning on both right and wrong sides. Beads are placed with the add-as-you-go crochet hook method.

Bead requirement: 352 seed beads, 6/0 or equivalent.
|Yarn: 420 yards Fingering. Shown in Abstract Fiber Alex
Needles: US 5 (3.75mm)
Hook: 0.6mm
Gauge: 20 stitches and 36 rows = 4" in garter stitch in the round, blocked
